1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using PrintProfits (“Platform”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Nature of the service
PrintProfits provides a simulated paper-trading environment for educational purposes. All balances, profits, losses and referral rewards are virtual. No real securities are bought or sold through this Platform.
3. Not a registered intermediary
We are not registered with SEBI as a stock broker, depository participant, investment adviser or research analyst. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, legal or tax advice. Consult qualified professionals before making real investment decisions.
4. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract in India.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
- One person may not maintain multiple accounts to abuse referrals, leaderboards or promotions.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
5. Virtual capital & simulated trading
Starting balances, plan upgrades and referral bonuses are denominated in virtual rupees with no cash value. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for real money or goods. We may adjust virtual balances for technical corrections, abuse prevention or platform maintenance.
6. Market data
Prices and market data are sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, interrupted or inaccurate. Data is provided “as is” for simulation only. You may not redistribute market data obtained through the Platform without permission.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for unlawful purposes or to harass others.
- Attempt to hack, scrape, overload or reverse-engineer our systems.
- Misrepresent simulated results as real trading performance.
- Create fake accounts or manipulate referral or leaderboard features.
8. Subscriptions & payments
Paid plans (Pro, Elite) are billed through our payment partner (e.g. Razorpay). Fees are for platform access and features — not trading capital. Refund policy follows the plan shown at checkout and applicable consumer law. Failed payments may downgrade your account.
9. Referral program
Referral bonuses are virtual only. We reserve the right to modify bonus amounts, disqualify fraudulent referrals and revoke credits obtained through abuse. Self-referrals are prohibited.
10. Intellectual property
The Platform, branding, software and content are owned by PrintProfits or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Platform for personal educational purposes.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free simulations or that paper trading results will match live trading outcomes.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrintProfits and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including decisions you make in real markets based on simulated experience.
13. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
